Every package includes a dedicated planning meeting where we get to know you, your story and your celebration in detail. We will keep in contact with you in the lead-up to your big day — so when it arrives, you can relax and be completely present for every unforgettable moment.

Wedding Breakfast to Evening Reception (Half-Day)

This package includes:

  • Your host arriving before your Drinks Reception and liaising with the venue to ensure everything is ready for you and your guests
  • Greeting and welcoming your guests as they arrive
  • Providing support and guidance for your guests throughout
  • Announcing the key moments:
  • • Organising and announcing the receiving line (if required)
    • Announcing newly married couple for the wedding breakfast
    • Introducing the speeches
    • Announcing the cutting of the cake

  • Helping to ensure everyone is where they need to be at the right time
  • Seamless and stress-free transition from the Wedding Breakfast to your Evening Reception
  • Welcoming your evening guests
  • Introducing the First Dance

Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast Package

This package includes:

  • Your host being on site before your Wedding Ceremony, Drinks Reception/Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception and liaising with the venue(s) to ensure everything is ready for you and your guests and running to time
  • Greeting and welcoming your guests (Ceremony, Drinks Reception/Wedding Breakfast & Evening Reception)
  • Providing support and guidance for your guests throughout
  • Seamless and stress-free transition to your Drinks Reception/Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception
  • Announcing the key moments:
  • • Organising and announcing the receiving line (if required)
    • Announcing newly married couple for the wedding breakfast
    • Introducing the speeches
    • Announcing the cutting of the cake

  • Helping to ensure everyone is where they need to be at the right time
  • Seamless and stress-free transition from Ceremony to your Evening Reception

Perfectly Personalised Package (Half-Day or Full-Day)

This package includes:

  • This package is designed to be completely bespoke and unique to the happy couple to meet their specific requirements.
  • Choose and tailor the core elements you would like from our other two packages and add your ideas based on your vision for your special day.
  • Want us to run a fun activity between cutting the cake and the evening reception? We can do that.
  • Got a theme in mind for your wedding and need your host to play a role? We can do that too.
  • Do you have other duties or responsibilities you need your host to take on? We can also do that.
  • We'll work with you to understand your vision, ideas, requirements, needs and budget and create the right package for you.

In addition to our flexible and tailored packages we are also able to offer the following to support the creation of wonderful memories:

  • Speech writing support – we can help those writing a speech to ensure they get the laughs and the tears they hope to evoke in a way that is in-keeping with your day.
  • Mini ice-breakers – weddings often bring guests together from different parts of the couple’s lives and we can help ‘break the ice’ and get people talking and laughing during the Drinks Reception and around the tables during your Wedding Breakfast.
  • Games & activities – if there are games or activities you would like offer for your guests, we can help run these for you.
